After two years of running the Kinky Curly Theological Collective as an informal organization, we have a fiscal agent! We are beyond excited about how the organization is moving and extend much gratitude to all of you who have been thought partners, champions, and participants through it all. Now that we are formalizing, we are in a place to accept tax deductible donations for our work.
We are a start up organization and have set a year end goal of $5000. Your tax-deductible donation of $25, $250, or $1000 will help us do the following:
- Host our conference, Unveiling the Black Woman Inside, on December 7. Your contributions will specifically help us lower the cost for participants to attend
- Expand our network and community of Black and African women in Minnesota.
- Sustain and build our writing program, including promoting and publishing the works of Black women. We have some awesome opportunities in store for the new year and need your help to get us there.
